Joe Abbott, MBA, CPHIMS has been named the Director of Information Technology of North Ottawa Community Health System. Joe has been working in IT for more than twenty-two years. At his most recent position, Joe maintained an informational system based around the feedback from internal customers and the strategic alignment for Phelps County Regional Medical Center located in Rolla, Missouri. Joe received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Missouri University of Science and Technology and obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri.
